Terms of use
Effective 22 September 2026.
These terms apply when you use the PairTab app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you downloaded PairTab from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your account and your households
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You decide who you invite into a household. Members of a household see its shared expenses, and each member is responsible for what they record.
What PairTab is, and is not
PairTab is a record-keeping tool. Balances and totals are calculated from what the members of a household enter. PairTab does not move money, and nothing in it is financial, tax or legal advice.
PairTab Plus
- Plus is an optional subscription, sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown there before you buy.
- One subscription covers everyone in the household it is applied to.
- It renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If Plus ends, your records stay; features that need Plus stop being available.
Acceptable use
Do not use PairTab to break the law, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending
You can stop using PairTab at any time and delete your account in the app, or ask us to at support@asynk.tech. See what deletion removes.
The service
We work to keep PairTab available and your records safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on the basis of the balances in the app.
Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and its effective date, and email account holders about material changes. Using PairTab after a change means you accept the new terms.
