What is PairTab?
PairTab is an app for two people who share costs but keep their money separate. You record shared expenses, PairTab keeps one running balance of who has put in more, and future shared spending brings it back toward even.
Who can see my expenses?
Only expenses you mark Shared are visible to your partner. Expenses you mark Private are visible only to you and never count toward the shared balance, the shared list or the budgets.
How do I invite my partner?
Open the Household tab and tap Invite your partner. Send them the link or the code. They open the link, or enter the code in the app, and join your household.
I forgot my password.
Go to https://pairtab.com/forgot-password and enter your email. If the account has a password, you get a link to set a new one. Accounts created with Sign in with Apple or Google have no PairTab password.
How do I cancel PairTab Plus?
Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so it is cancelled there: in your Apple ID subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on Android. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Household tab, then Delete account. Without the app, email support@asynk.tech from the address on your account. https://pairtab.com/delete-account lists what is deleted and what stays with a shared household.
