Delete your PairTab account

In the app

• Open PairTab and go to the Household tab.
• Tap Delete account, below Sign out.
• Enter your password if your account has one, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@asynk.tech from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password, profile picture, and Sign in with Apple or Google links.
• Your private expenses, your recurring expenses, and the invites you sent.
• Your devices, notifications and sessions.
• Every receipt photo you uploaded that no remaining expense uses.
• Any household where you are the only member, with everything in it.

What is kept

In a household you share, the shared expenses stay: they are the other members’ records too, and removing them would change their balances. Your first name stays on those expenses so they still read correctly. You are removed from the household, and nobody can sign in to what remains.

PairTab Plus

Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
